Today, the Prime Minister revealed that he “felt sick” while viewing body camera footage showing a student handcuffed as he lay dying. The victim was Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old from Southampton. He was restrained by officers after Vickrum Digwa, 23, provided false information at the scene of a 2025 stabbing incident, falsely alleging that he had been the target of a racist attack.
