Inside Health
Title: Inside Health
Episode Summary
With nearly 200 measles cases recorded in the UK this year, the program explores the critical role of vaccination in disease prevention. However, immunization rates among children are falling nationwide, a trend that is especially pronounced in certain London boroughs. James travels to Hackney, an area with some of the lowest vaccination uptake in the country, to investigate the reasons behind this decline and examine the measures being taken to address it.
In the second segment, James investigates the rising popularity of adaptogenic beverages, which promise mental relaxation without the negative effects of alcohol. After testing various drinks in the laboratory, he takes to a driving simulator to assess their impact on his behind-the-wheel performance.
