Abduction Prover in Isabelle/HOL

Title: An Abduction-Based Prover for Isabelle/HOL

Original: arXiv:2606.04877v1 Announcement Category: Cross-Category Abstract: The use of proof assistants grounded in expressive logical frameworks often results in restricted automation capabilities during proof search, thereby increasing the expense associated with formal verification processes. To mitigate this issue, we present the Abduction Prover for Isabelle/HOL. This tool generates a proof script for difficult proof objectives by leveraging abductive reasoning to detect valuable intermediate conjectures.
