Title: Inside Health

With nearly 200 measles cases recorded in the UK this year, the nation is grappling with a concerning trend: immunization rates among children are falling, a decline that is especially pronounced in certain areas of London. Although the disease is preventable through vaccination, James travels to Hackney to investigate the reasons behind its status as one of the country’s lowest-performing regions for uptake and to explore the efforts underway to address the crisis.

In the second segment, James examines the rising popularity of adaptogenic drinks, which are marketed as tools to calm the mind without the adverse effects of alcohol. He tests these beverages in a laboratory setting and subsequently uses a driving simulator to assess any impact they might have on his motor skills.
